The two sides will meet in November in a two-legged series to determine which advances to the March 2027 semifinals

The U.S. men's national team will play Haiti in a two-leg Concacaf Nations League quarterfinal series in November 2026. As Concacaf's second-ranked team, the U.S. was matched against the top second-place finisher from League A. Haiti advanced after finishing second in Group A with nine points. The opening leg will take place away on November 14, followed by the second leg at FC Cincinnati's TQL Stadium on November 17.
Haiti has played home matches abroad since 2024 due to security issues at Stade Sylvio Cator in Port-au-Prince. The United States holds a 10-game unbeaten streak against Haiti dating back to 1973. This matchup serves as head coach Mauricio Pochettino's final chance to utilize his full squad pool in 2026 before the March 2027 finals.
