Barcelona sent Champions League warning after defeat to PSG

Former Barcelona player Bernd Schuster warned that the club must improve defensively if they want to win the Champions League this season. His comments follow recent defeats against Paris Saint-Germain in European competition and Real Madrid in La Liga. While praising manager Hansi Flick for building something special, Schuster stressed that Barcelona's highly offensive style exposes their backline against elite opponents.

Schuster noted that while Lamine Yamal and his teammates frequently outscore opponents by netting four or five goals, that approach is unsustainable against clubs like PSG or Bayern Munich. Barcelona's next Champions League fixture is a home match against Aston Villa at Camp Nou.
