Transfer Rumours: Fermin Lopez talks start as Chelsea deal reignited

Manchester United have reportedly enquired about Barcelona attacker Fermin Lopez and Atletico Madrid midfielder Pablo Barrios following a recent Champions League trip to Spain. Meanwhile, AS Roma have reignited their transfer interest in Chelsea winger Jamie Gittens ahead of the January transfer window after failing to finalize a deal during the summer.

Elsewhere, Liverpool have reportedly been offered the chance to turn Ronald Araujo's loan from Barcelona into a permanent transfer in January, though they will not pay the €55 million purchase option. Arsenal, Liverpool, and Manchester United are also monitoring Bayern Munich prospect Lennart Karl, while United track Fulham defender Calvin Bassey.
