Manchester United are reportedly in the dark when it comes to JJ Gabriel's future despite reports that the attacker has agreed a move to Real Madrid.

Manchester United are reportedly unaware of any official transfer agreement involving JJ Gabriel, despite reports that the 16-year-old attacker has agreed to join Real Madrid. Gabriel informed United in September that he would not sign a new contract and wanted to leave, and he has not trained at Carrington since early September.
According to reports, Real Madrid reached a verbal agreement for a permanent January move utilizing a FIFA loophole tied to Gabriel's European passport. United reportedly hold Gabriel's registration through the end of the campaign but have admitted defeat in keeping the prospect, while receiving no direct contact from Real Madrid.
