KYLIAN MBAPPE has ditched Nike to become the face of On. The Real Madrid star had been endorsed by Nike since the age of nine but has now severed the relationship to play a central role in On's first foray…

Real Madrid star Kylian Mbappe has officially ended his long-term partnership with Nike to sign a lucrative sponsorship deal with Swiss brand On. The 27-year-old French forward had been endorsed by Nike since the age of nine, with his most recent contract reportedly earning him £13 million annually. Mbappe will now serve as the central figure for On's upcoming entry into the football boot market.
Mbappe was reportedly convinced to make the switch by fellow Frenchman Thierry Henry, who has served as On's Director of Football since last year. While the financial details of the agreement remain undisclosed, Mbappe has reportedly been given equity in the company, similar to tennis legend Roger Federer. Mbappe is expected to begin wearing On's boots in matches within the next few weeks.
