Thibaut Courtois just made a short and long-term commitment to Real Madrid in one promise

Real Madrid goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois revealed his ambition to play for another five or six years before potentially taking on a post-retirement role at the club. Speaking to Forbes, the 34-year-old expressed interest in helping develop future goalkeepers in Real Madrid's academy rather than seeing the club buy talent.

Courtois, whose current contract expires at the end of the season, has reportedly drawn interest regarding a one-year extension from Los Blancos. Outside of active competition, Courtois has earned UEFA A and B coaching licenses and co-founded the investment firm NXTPLAY.
