Diego Moreira scored a spectacular free kick right before halftime to extend AC Milan's lead to 3-1 against rival Inter. The Belgian international curled his strike perfectly over the wall and into the net from the edge of the penalty area, re-establishing a two-goal advantage for manager Ruben Amorim's squad in the derby.
Moreira dominated the first half by contributing to all three of AC Milan's goals. He provided the opening assist for Christian Pulisic in the fourth minute and set up Adrien Rabiot shortly after, before Inter pulled one back through Alessandro Bastoni.
