Javier Tebas’ scathing response to Real Madrid

LaLiga president Javier Tebas has issued a sharp response on social media after Real Madrid demanded his immediate resignation. The club called for his departure following controversial remarks where he reportedly compared Real Madrid's methods to Nazi propaganda. In response, Real Madrid denounced Tebas for a lack of impartiality and accused him of attempting to discredit their calls for transparency in the Negreira affair and Spanish refereeing.

Tebas dismissed the demand on X, stating that Real Madrid's leadership has repeatedly sought his removal over thirteen years. Defending his stance, Tebas asserted his independence, defended his handling of the Negreira case, and accused the club of attempting to intimidate the league and undermine the domestic championship following their failed Super League project.
