Kylian Mbappé’s trip to Paris on September 30 raised many questions in Spain. While he was injured, the Real Madrid

Kylian Mbappé's September 30 visit to Paris occurred for legal reasons regarding an investigation into Mohamed Sanhadji, the former security chief for the French national team. While Spanish media initially criticized the injured Real Madrid forward's trip as a personal getaway, Mbappé actually reported to police premises to be heard by investigators exploring personal and financial ties between Sanhadji and Mbappé's entourage.
Authorities are examining financial dealings, including a 60,300 euro donation made by Mbappé in June 2023 and an alleged 120,000 euro loan request. Mbappé's mother, Fayza Lamari, was also questioned as an assisted witness regarding visa requests. Sanhadji was indicted on September 16 for corruption, fraud, and money laundering in a wider case involving several other prominent figures.
