Roy Keane has branded Michael Carrick and his coaching staff 'lucky boys' to still be in their jobs at Manchester United, insisting they need to 'grow a pair and start getting results'.

Roy Keane has labeled Michael Carrick and his coaching staff "lucky boys" for avoiding the sack at Manchester United. Speaking on the Stick to Football podcast, the former United captain urged Carrick to "grow a pair and start getting results" following an eight-game winless run. Carrick received a reprieve after crunch talks with club leadership following recent defeats to Como and Bournemouth.
Keane questioned Carrick's suitability for the permanent role and criticized United's squad, claiming the players do not care enough. Gary Neville also suggested Carrick might benefit from being relieved of his duties, pointing to leadership indecision as the likely reason he kept his job ahead of United's trip to Chelsea.
