Alex Scott has left Disney+’s Women’s Champions League coverage after just two matches, following public criticism of some production decisions.

Former Arsenal player Alex Scott has stepped down from her presenting role with Disney+'s Women's Champions League coverage after only two rounds. The decision to leave was Scott's, following viewer criticism and technical issues surrounding the platform's broadcasts. Scott had previously stated she disagreed with several production decisions behind the coverage.
Disney+ and Scott's representatives released statements expressing mutual gratitude, with Disney+ continuing its five-year broadcast deal. Scott plans to focus on other projects, including her YouTube show One More Word WSL alongside Anita Asante and Fara Williams.
