Arsenal’s night at Fleetwood Town went from bad to worse. Not only were they knocked out of the Carabao Cup on penalties by the League…

Mikel Arteta confirmed after Arsenal's Carabao Cup penalty shootout loss to Fleetwood Town that Riccardo Calafiori, Noni Madueke, and Declan Rice were sidelined due to injuries. The trio sustained their fitness issues during Saturday's 2-0 victory against Everton, leaving them doubtful ahead of the upcoming Premier League fixture against Liverpool.
Madueke is managing an ankle problem, while Calafiori and Rice also picked up issues. Arsenal are already missing Bukayo Saka, Christos Tzolis, and William Saliba, while 16-year-old Max Dowman faces a potential suspension after receiving a late red card.
