Arteta was famed for his use of speakers in training (not just blasting 'You'll Never Walk Alone' before a 4-0 defeat at Anfield in 2021) and has even brought in team dog named Win.

Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has revealed that his unconventional management methods began on his first day at the club in December 2019. Speaking to The Athletic, Arteta explained that he trashed an education room at the training ground by throwing computers, laptops, and cables onto the floor, before demanding that his staff reorganise the office in two minutes to prove their collective unity.
The revelation comes alongside Arteta signing a lucrative new contract with Arsenal running until 2030, making him the Premier League's highest-paid manager at around £20 million per year. Since taking over in 2019, the Spaniard has transformed the club from tenth place into Premier League champions while also reaching a Champions League final.
