Arsenal captain Martin Odegaard won't return to training with the Gunners until later in the week following his involvement with the Norway national team

Arsenal has granted captain Martin Odegaard several days of rest after he played every minute of Norway's four Nations League fixtures. Norway manager Stale Solbakken confirmed the plan following a 2-1 defeat to Portugal in Porto, after which Odegaard returned to London via private jet alongside international teammates.
Odegaard is not expected to rejoin Mikel Arteta's squad in training until later in the week ahead of Saturday's match against Leeds United. The midfielder will be monitored closely after previously dealing with an ankle issue during the international window.
