OPINION: Two Arsenal players have been picked up injuries during the international break, opening the door for one member of Mikel Arteta's squad to get back in the starting XI

Nathan Ridley writes that Viktor Gyokeres has an ideal opportunity to reclaim his place in Mikel Arteta's Arsenal starting lineup following injuries to Kai Havertz and Christos Tzolis during the international break. Havertz is considered a major doubt for the upcoming match against Leeds United after sustaining an injury while playing for Germany, potentially opening a spot for Gyokeres in the forward line.
Gyokeres has found form with Sweden, scoring in three consecutive matches against Romania, Poland, and Bosnia and Herzegovina. The forward had previously struggled for minutes under Arteta, failing to start in the Premier League this season, but recently affirmed his commitment to Arsenal despite summer transfer speculation.
