Portugal captain Cristiano Ronaldo has made another big and controversial decision after departing the national team camp earlier this week

Cristiano Ronaldo has reportedly opted against holding clear-the-air talks with Portugal manager Jorge Jesus, choosing instead to fly back to Saudi Arabia on a private jet. Portugal boss Jesus had opened the door for discussions after their Nations League fixture against Norway, but Portuguese outlet A Bola reports Ronaldo declined the meeting to shift his focus back to Al-Nassr.
Ronaldo abruptly left Portugal's camp following their game against Wales after being dropped from the starting lineup. In his absence, Portugal secured victories against Norway and Denmark with Goncalo Ramos leading the attack, while Portugal midfielder Bruno Fernandes publicly called for unity and respect regarding the situation.
