Benfica striker Vangelis Pavlidis is open to joining Aston Villa, Tottenham Hotspur, or another English club to fulfill his dream of playing in the Premier League. According to Portuguese newspaper A Bola, the Greek forward hopes for a permanent transfer that satisfies Benfica, who previously blocked summer approaches after new manager Marco Silva prioritized keeping him.
Tottenham Hotspur reportedly had a scout present during Benfica's recent 3-1 defeat to FC Porto. While Benfica had set a €40m asking price below Pavlidis's €100m release clause in the summer, Tottenham could consider an approach if manager Roberto De Zerbi moves Richarlison out in January.
