Aston Villa Women chase first WSL win after Sørensen lift

Aston Villa Women host Crystal Palace on Sunday at Villa Park looking to secure their first Women's Super League victory of the season. Under interim manager Brian Sørensen, Villa aim to build momentum following a 3–1 cup victory over Newcastle United on Wednesday.

Villa currently sit 13th in the WSL table with two points from their opening four matches. A home victory against eighth-placed Palace would move Villa level on five points with their opponents ahead of the international break.
