Liverpool, Manchester United, and Chelsea are closely monitoring AC Milan defender Koni De Winter ahead of future transfer windows. Premier League scouts have reportedly tracked the 24-year-old Belgian center-back during recent matches as he thrives under Milan manager Ruben Amorim.
