Chelsea have held talks with Palmeiras to sign 16-year-old winger Eduardo Conceicao, according to a report from Caught Offside. The West London club is attempting to move ahead of competing suitors, including Arsenal, Manchester United, Barcelona, Real Madrid, Bayern Munich, and Paris Saint-Germain, to secure the Brazilian prospect.
Palmeiras could demand up to £85m for the permanent transfer, though they may accept around £51m. Due to FIFA transfer regulations regarding minors, Conceicao cannot officially complete an international move until January 2028, but Chelsea are reportedly prepared to wait.
