Joao Pedro has followed in teammate Cole Palmer's footsteps, trademarking his masked celebration, after Palmer trademarked his "cold" celebration in 2025.

Chelsea striker Joao Pedro has announced on LinkedIn that he has officially trademarked his signature goal celebration along with the personal brand "JP9". The Brazilian forward explained that the decision came after collaborating with Beats by Dre on custom headphones that feature a logo representing his Brazilian heritage and personal identity.
Pedro's trademarked celebration involves covering his face like a mask with crossed fingers while making a thumbs-down gesture. The former Brighton forward has scored five goals for Chelsea this season while wearing the number nine shirt, though he is currently sidelined due to an injury.
