Romeo Lavia has struggled with injuries since joining Chelsea but he impressed in the 2-0 win over Manchester United…

Chelsea midfielder Romeo Lavia impressed after completing back-to-back 90 minutes for the club for the first time during a 2-0 victory against Manchester United on Saturday. The 22-year-old won possession a game-high 14 times and assisted Morgan Rogers for the opening goal in the 50th minute, before Cole Palmer secured the win with a penalty.
Lavia reunited with Moises Caicedo in central midfield, marking their first start together since May, and praised Caicedo as an exceptional player. Lavia also commended the defensive and offensive efforts of teammates Rogers and Palmer following the win.
