Crystal Palace have decided to part ways with manager Pierre Sage after suffering a defeat to Liverpool.

Crystal Palace have decided to sack manager Pierre Sage following a 3-1 home defeat to Liverpool on Sunday, according to The Athletic. Co-owner Steve Parish has opted to dismiss the 47-year-old French coach with the club currently sitting bottom of the Premier League after 10 matches, having managed just two league victories under his guidance.
Sage leaves after only 16 games in charge, having been appointed over the summer after guiding Lens to a second-place finish in Ligue 1. The club is now searching for a replacement ahead of the international break, with Sean Dyche, Thomas Frank, Robbie Keane, and Kieran McKenna among the potential contenders.
