Donte Martin pulled a goal back for Palace in the 57th minute off an assist from Adler Nascimento, but subsequent goals from Plymouth's Seb Campbell and Bim Pepple sealed the victory. Despite multiple saves from Palace goalkeeper Harry Lee, the Young Eagles sit third in Southern Group E and must defeat Newport County on November 3 to advance.
