Man Utd Get Green Light to Sign Crystal Palace Star Tyrick Mitchell

Manchester United have reportedly received the green light to pursue Crystal Palace left-back Tyrick Mitchell as an alternative to Luke Shaw. United missed out on left-back targets during the previous transfer window and are now assessing options ahead of January. Mitchell is reportedly keen on securing a permanent move to Old Trafford to play Champions League football.

Luke Shaw is out of contract at the end of the season and continues to endure recurring injury problems. Crystal Palace manager Oliver Glasner previously relied on the 27-year-old defender during cup-winning campaigns, and Manchester United see Mitchell as immediate competition for Shaw.
