Everton owners The Friedkin Group have announced they are exploring new investment options, including a potential sale of their controlling stake. The American group took full control from Farhad Moshiri in December 2024 and confirmed the move on Friday, less than two years after completing their takeover.
TFG stated that Everton's finances have stabilized following the completion of the club's move to a new stadium. Investment bank Moelis & Company has been appointed to oversee the process, with Everton reportedly valued at around £800 million including debt.
