Everton forward Jonathan Nsangou has been selected by The Guardian for its Next Generation 2026 list, recognizing him among the Premier League's top young prospects. The newspaper's annual feature selects one standout emerging talent from each of the 20 top-flight clubs to highlight the nation's best academy prospects.
The national recognition follows the 16-year-old's first senior appearance under manager David Moyes. During a behind-closed-doors friendly against Blackburn Rovers, Nsangou played 45 minutes and scored a late equalizing goal set up by Jack Grealish in a 3-3 draw.
