Fabrizio Romano expects Richarlison to leave Tottenham in January after revealing further details of the Brazilian’s failed return to Everton during the summer transfer window. The transfer journalist claims Tottenham were prepared to let Richarlison return to Hill Dickinson Stadium…

Fabrizio Romano expects forward Richarlison to leave Tottenham Hotspur in the upcoming January transfer window following a collapsed return to Everton. Speaking on his YouTube channel, Romano revealed that Tottenham had been prepared to allow Richarlison to make a permanent transfer back to Everton late in the summer window, a move linked to Spurs' pursuit of Iliman Ndiaye, but Richarlison opted against the switch.
Following that breakdown, Richarlison reportedly agreed to join Trabzonspor, but Tottenham rejected the offer, while talks with Vasco da Gama also fell through. Romano stated that both parties now expect to part ways as soon as possible, though there is no current indication that Everton manager David Moyes plans to revive interest in January.
