The panel also unanimously supported decisions to deny two Liverpool penalty appeals. All five members agreed Antonee Robinson's arm was in a natural position during a handball shout, and confirmed no foul occurred when Alexis Mac Allister went down without contact under Calvin Bassey's challenge.
