Every Liverpool player to receive Premier League medal if Man City stripped of titles

An independent panel holds the authority to strip titles, which could potentially be reassigned to the respective runners-up. Liverpool finished second behind Manchester City on three separate occasions since 2008, with Premier League rules requiring players to register at least five appearances to qualify for a winners medal.
