Liverpool's scouts remain hard at work as the club weighs up several pieces of major business ahead of the January transfer window…

Liverpool are reportedly scheduled to hold talks with the representatives of 18-year-old defender Ifeanyi Ndukwe regarding an early return from his loan spell at Levante. Ndukwe, who originally moved on loan due to UK work permit issues, is now eligible to play in England. Liverpool hold a recall clause in his contract that could be activated during the upcoming January transfer window.
Meanwhile, Liverpool scouts have reportedly been tracking Valencia winger David Otorbi while monitoring Harvey Elliott's loan spell. The 19-year-old winger currently has a £25 million release clause, but Valencia are reportedly close to triggering a contract extension that would increase his release clause to £50 million.
