A Liverpool player has been added to a list of 'enemies of Ukraine' over an incident that took place in one Nations League match during this international break

Hungarian international Milos Kerkez and his father, Sebastian Zahn Kerkez, have been added to the controversial Ukrainian database Myrotvorets following an on-pitch clash during a Nations League match against Ukraine. The incident involved Kerkez grabbing Ukraine's Victor Tsygankov by the shirt collar to defend teammate Dominik Szoboszlai. His father subsequently shared an image of the confrontation set to a song titled "Russian Paradise", leading the site to level accusations of Russian propaganda and aggression.
Kerkez defended his conduct to Hungarian media, asserting he does not support aggression and acted solely to protect his captain. Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban publicly condemned the blacklisting of Kerkez and stated he held consultations with Ukrainian officials to address the dispute. Kerkez was absent for the reverse fixture against Ukraine, which Hungary won 2-1, strictly due to yellow-card accumulation.
