An exciting African midfielder is coming to Liverpool, it's been decided.
Gambia Under-23 attacking midfielder Sheriff Bah is reportedly expected to sign a permanent deal with Liverpool. The player, described as stylistically similar to Philippe Coutinho, spent two weeks on trial at Liverpool's academy in August and became eligible to sign after turning 18 in September.
Writer Bence Bocsak highlights Bah among several young playmakers targeted under manager Andoni Iraola. Liverpool also recently signed Erik Farkas to a professional contract and arranged for Samuel Martinez to join next summer.
