Opinion – It’s confirmed: Electric striker ready to join Liverpool squad

Liverpool's first-team squad is currently short on attacking options following an injury to striker Hugo Ekitiké. This has left Alexander Isak as the club's only experienced striker, prompting calls for academy prospects to be integrated into the senior squad. Under-21 striker Will Wright is being tipped for a promotion to the first team under manager Andoni Iraola.
