Andoni Iraola could be about to add another star to his ranks.
Zak Anderton suggests that Liverpool could have an opportunity to sign Juventus defender Pierre Kalulu for a permanent transfer fee of around £40 million. The potential move is linked to Juventus targeting Benfica's 18-year-old right-back Daniel Banjaqui, which could clear a path for Kalulu to leave the Italian club.
According to an update from TuttoJuve, several major European clubs including Liverpool, Chelsea, and Borussia Dortmund are monitoring Banjaqui. Anderton argues that pursuing the versatile 26-year-old Kalulu would strengthen manager Andoni Iraola's defense amid long-term uncertainty over Liverpool's back-line options.
