Steven Gerrard has emerged as the bookmakers' favorite to become the next manager of Championship side Burnley. The opening arose after the Clarets parted ways with Nicky Hayen following a 4-1 defeat to Lincoln. Hayen was dismissed after securing only one win in 12 league matches, leaving Burnley in the relegation zone.
