Manchester City have been embroiled in legal disputes with UEFA and the Premier League for 12 years and they are so determined to clear their name, and the 115 charges case is so big, that it could still be years…

Manchester City's legal battle regarding alleged breaches of Premier League financial rules could continue for years as the case moves toward an appeal stage. An independent tribunal reportedly reached decisions in the 115-charges case, following reports claiming that most allegations were found proven. In response, club chairman Khaldoon al-Mubarak reaffirmed the club's determination to prove its innocence in an open letter to supporters.
The upcoming appeal is set to be heard by a three-person panel, with potential further action in the High Court possible if the decision goes against the club. Manchester City previously overturned a UEFA European competition ban at the Court of Arbitration for Sport in 2020 and continue to deny accusations of disguising owner funding as sponsorship revenue.
