Brazilian star wows United as INEOS work behind the scenes to sign three defenders – report

Manchester United's sporting department led by Omar Berrada and Jason Wilcox is reportedly planning a major defensive overhaul. The club is targeting permanent additions at both full-back positions as well as central defense to complement young defenders Leny Yoro and Ayden Heaven, following criticism over United failing to keep a Premier League clean sheet this season.

AS Roma's 23-year-old Brazilian right-back Wesley has emerged as a top target for the right flank after recording five Serie A goals last season.
