Manchester United have reportedly turned their attention toward Crystal Palace left-back Tyrick Mitchell as a primary target for a permanent transfer. The Red Devils previously monitored Lewis Hall, but the defender recently signed a contract extension with Newcastle United, prompting United to look at alternative options before next summer.

In response to growing interest from Old Trafford, Crystal Palace are accelerating plans to offer Mitchell a new long-term contract.
