Benfica have made a major decision over the future of Argentine winger Gianluca Prestianni who is wanted by Manchester United and Chelsea.

Manchester United and Chelsea face a potential obstacle in their pursuit of Gianluca Prestianni, as Benfica reportedly plan to offer the 20-year-old winger a new long-term contract to ward off interest. TEAMtalk reports that multiple Premier League clubs, including Tottenham Hotspur, Newcastle United, and Brighton, have monitored the Argentine international following his strong start to the season.
Prestianni has registered eight goals and three assists in 12 appearances across all competitions for Benfica this campaign. While Manchester United remain interested in bolstering their left wing amid uncertainty over Marcus Rashford's future, no formal permanent transfer bids have been submitted yet.
