Manchester United have been linked with Barcelona star Alejandro Balde but could face competition from Ruben Amorim's current employers

Manchester United reportedly face competition from AC Milan and former manager Ruben Amorim to sign Barcelona left-back Alejandro Balde. United tracked Balde throughout the summer window but failed to secure a deal, while Milan are now preparing to pursue the defender in January.
Barcelona previously valued Balde at approximately €45 million (£38.6 million) for a permanent transfer. The Spanish international is reportedly outside manager Hansi Flick's plans, attracting further interest from Chelsea, Liverpool, Paris Saint-Germain, and Inter Milan.
