Manchester United players have been handed a timely wake-up call by an SPL boss following their dramatic comeback against AS Roma.

Dundee manager Steven Pressley highlighted Manchester United's contrasting display in their 3-2 comeback victory against AS Roma, using it as an example for his own squad. After falling behind 2-0 early to goals from Matías Soulé and Donyell Malen, Michael Carrick's side recovered through a retaken Bruno Fernandes penalty and a late Matheus Cunha brace, before Cunha was sent off in stoppage time.
Pressley observed that United's second-half turnaround came down to running harder and playing with more energy rather than complicated tactics. He stressed to his players that winning matches requires executing fundamental basics such as outrunning opponents and winning individual duels.
