The FA has confirmed multiple player withdrawals from England squads, including Newcastle United midfielder Lewis Miley and Jobe Bellingham, who have both left the Under-21 setup. In the senior squad, Manchester City's Nico O'Reilly has returned to his club due to injury, joining a growing list of absent players during the extended three-week international break.
Miley's injury is reportedly not serious and described as just a knock, leaving him expected to be available for Newcastle's match against Coventry on October 12. Senior manager Thomas Tuchel had previously lost five players before camp began, bringing in James Garner and Morgan Gibbs-White as replacements ahead of matches against Croatia and the Czech Republic.
