Liam Delap has described being made to train away from Chelsea’s first team, a spell widely described as the club’s ‘bomb squad’, as a bit rubbish.

Nottingham Forest striker Liam Delap described his experience of training away from Chelsea's first team in their 'bomb squad' as "a bit rubbish." Speaking in an interview with The Telegraph, the 23-year-old explained that his support network helped him manage the situation before he finalized a transfer to Forest in late August.
Delap joined Nottingham Forest on a five-year contract in a permanent deal worth up to £50 million including add-ons. He has scored one goal in his first seven appearances for the club as they sit 19th in the Premier League table.
