The Story in 60 Seconds

Nottingham Forest has warned supporters that anyone caught singing the "Nottingham is Full of Fun" chant could face stadium bans. The song, sung to the tune of "When The Saints Go Marching In," has been condemned for containing crude references to female body parts. Following discussions with Nottinghamshire Police, Kick It Out, and the club's Fan Advisory Board, Forest confirmed that offenders could also be subject to education sessions and acceptable behavior contracts.

The club stressed that discriminatory chanting will not be tolerated and warned that the organization itself could face sanctions if the behavior continues. Anti-discrimination charity Kick It Out highlighted that reports of misogynistic chanting rose sharply last season, with representative Paul Obayo commending Forest for proactively consulting with fan groups to shift stadium culture.
