Sunderland are back in Premier League action against Coventry City on Saturday afternoon…

Sunderland head coach Régis Le Bris has faced a double injury blow ahead of Saturday's match against Coventry City, with Nordi Mukiele and Habib Diarra sidelined. Mukiele missed out following a collision in the previous match against Leeds United, while Diarra was a surprise omission with an unspecified issue.
Omar Alderete replaced Mukiele in the starting lineup alongside Luke O'Nien, marking the only change from their previous league outing. Wilson Isidor returned to the squad on the substitutes' bench, joining youngsters Jules Ahoka and Jocelin Ta Bi, while Coventry City started Manchester City loanee Stephen Mfuni in place of the injured Bobby Thomas.
