Sunderland were without five injured players in training as Régis Le Bris prepared for Thursday’s Dinamo Zagreb clash…

Sunderland trained without five first-team players ahead of their upcoming Europa League fixture against Dinamo Zagreb. Manager Régis Le Bris was missing Nordi Mukiele, Juan Angulo, Romaine Mundle, Dan Ballard, and Habib Diarra. Mukiele will officially miss the match at the Stadium of Light due to concussion protocols as the team manages upcoming fixtures.
In positive news for the squad, Wilson Isidor and Thomas Meunier took part in training following recent injury returns. Omar Alderete also trained, though he faces a domestic suspension for the following Premier League clash against Chelsea. Youngsters Jenson Jones, Tom Proctor, and Timur Tutierov trained with the first team.
