The Lech Poznan and Sunderland team and injury news with three doubts and thirteen ruled out

Sunderland face Lech Poznan in Poland for a Europa League league phase match with multiple players missing from both squads. Brian Brobbey remains sidelined for Sunderland, while Wilson Isidor and Thomas Meunier are major doubts. Head coach Régis Le Bris also faces squad absences due to UEFA registration rules, which excluded Juan Riquelme Angulo, Chemsdine Talbi, Jocelin Ta Bi, Alan Browne, and Melker Ellborg, alongside injured pair Dan Ballard and Romaine Mundle.

Lech Poznan manager Niels Frederiksen deals with significant absences of his own, including injured players Allahyar Sayyadmanesh, Ali Gholizadeh, Alex Douglas, Joao Mountinho, and Wojciech Monka. Additionally, Lech Poznan right-back Robert Gumny is considered a major doubt after training individually ahead of the fixture.
