Archie Gray, Tottenham’s rising star, leads England’s Under-21 team against Slovakia, securing a spot in the Euro tournament.

Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Archie Gray captained the England Under-21 squad on Friday evening against Slovakia, playing the full 90 minutes. The result officially secured England's qualification for the 2027 UEFA European Under-21 Championship, scheduled to be held in Albania and Serbia.
The 20-year-old earned his 19th appearance for the national youth setup under manager Lee Carsley. England confirmed a first-place finish in their group, rendering their final upcoming qualifier against the Republic of Ireland inconsequential ahead of Gray's return to Tottenham.
