David Ornstein pours cold water on £120m Tottenham dream in January transfer window

David Ornstein has downplayed expectations that Tottenham Hotspur will embark on another major spending spree during the January transfer window. Despite a recent £120m capital injection from the Lewis family, Ornstein reported that the funds are allocated across various operational areas rather than exclusively for permanent transfers.

Tottenham spent nearly £400m on signings during the summer, but manager Roberto De Zerbi's side has struggled for goals and faced questions regarding squad depth.
